We're on the hunt for a talented Website Developer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our brands across multiple platforms — all while working closely with our external web agency.

We’re making a major investment in our online experience, and we’re looking for creative, driven individuals to help us take it to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal teams to scope and plan digital projects.
• Take the lead on launching new websites and digital initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise our company websites for performance, usability, and SEO.
• Work closely with our external digital agency to deliver new features, updates, and campaigns.
• Ensure seamless integration between in-house development and agency-led work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Implement best practices in web development — from responsive design to accessibility.
• Oversee testing, updates, and deployment across all digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a focus on responsive design.
• Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP and MySQL.
• Comfortable working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working with or managing external agencies is a strong plus.
