What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope and plan digital projects.
- Take the lead on launching new websites and digital initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise our company websites for performance, usability, and SEO.
- Work closely with our external digital agency to deliver new features, updates, and campaigns.
- Ensure seamless integration between in-house development and agency-led work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Implement best practices in web development — from responsive design to accessibility.
- Oversee testing, updates, and deployment across all digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a focus on responsive design.
- Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
- Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP and MySQL.
- Comfortable working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies is a strong plus.
