Job Description

Step Into the Future of Sports Technology as Senior Machine Learning Engineer.  Our Machine Learning division is instrumental in developing high-impact tools like SkeleTRACK, already in use by leading sports organizations across North America and Europe. As we expand into new markets and sports disciplines, we’re seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who thrives on innovation, leadership, and cutting-edge technology.

Hello! I’m Gabriel Costa, the Machine Learning Team Lead. Our team is on a journey to transform the world of sports through advanced real-time tracking technology—including ball, player, and skeletal tracking systems that support everything from officiating decisions to immersive fan experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll be a key player across all stages of our product development pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates from Computer Vision, ML, Product, and Annotation to design robust, high-performance systems.

Here’s what your work might include:

  • Designing machine learning models optimized for real-time application
  • Enhancing the SkeleTRACK platform with new ML-driven capabilities
  • Evaluating and refining model performance
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers
  • Partnering with annotation teams to improve data quality and workflows
  • Keeping up with advancements in ML/CV and attending top industry events
  • Taking ownership of projects from ideation through deployment
  • You’ll contribute both in code and in architecture—combining hands-on development with strategic influence.

Skills & Tech You’ll Bring:

We operate at the leading edge of machine learning in sports, so we’re looking for candidates who are equally passionate and technically sharp.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering principles
  • Strong grasp of modern C++ (C++17 or C++20)
  • Experience optimizing models with TensorRT
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and PyTorch-Ignite
  • Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows

Preferred Skills:

  • CUDA programming
  • OpenCV
  • CMake and Visual Studio
  • TypeScript and Semantic UI React
  • Secure deployment practices using SSH

Bonus Tools:

  • QT, JIRA, Confluence
  • ClearML
  • TeamCity for CI/CD automation

What We Look For:

Our engineering culture values transparency, impact, and continuous improvement. We look for teammates who embody:

  • Ownership & Responsibility – You take initiative and follow through
  • Technical Mentorship – You support others while raising the technical bar
  • Real-World Focus – You innovate with purpose, not just theory
  • Lifelong Learning – You stay current and curious in your craft
  • Collaboration – You communicate clearly and work well across disciplines

Be Part of Something Bigger

If you're eager to tackle complex machine learning challenges in a fast-paced, real-time environment—and see your work used by top-tier sports leagues worldwide—we want to hear from you.

You won’t just be building systems—you’ll help define the future of sports.

Apply today and become part of our mission to transform how fans, players, and officials experience the game.
