We’re now looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to roll up their sleeves to help deliver our roadmap for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
Over the next 18 months, you’ll help shape our core architecture, elevate user experiences, and set new benchmarks for performance and scalability.
Senior Software Developer Role
- Lead full-cycle development of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and modular systems
- Oversee projects from planning through deployment, including testing and documentation
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and data science teams to bring features to life
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Set and uphold coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive innovation continuously
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of hands-on software development experience
- Expertise in React Native and Kotlin (cross-platform and native development)
- Proficient in Node.js and Python for backend and integrations
- Experience with Firebase or similar cloud platforms (auth, hosting, real-time DBs, analytics)
- Solid understanding of modern mobile architectures
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communicator and natural team player
- Passionate about leveraging tech to make a real-world impact in healthcare
