We are looking to recruit a full-stack .NET software developer to fill a crucial role within an expanding and profitable business with exciting plans for growth and expansion over the coming years.

The Software Developer will decide which technologies are best suited for the project's technical aspects, but just as importantly, you will be interacting with management and users to ensure the project's success.

Job summary:

Become more than a software developer – as you progress, you will take on more responsibility and control of the whole software development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, deployment, as well as coding.

• Human Resources web app – ASP.Net web app, Node.js Raspberry Pi’s, Azure Service Bus messaging and Hangfire background job processing.
• Employee mobile app – Progressive Web App (PWA), Azure Static Web App (SWA), Entra External ID authentication.
• Stock Ordering web app – ASP.Net web app, Hangfire, Azure Service Bus.
• Warehouse Management mobile app – PWA, Azure SWA, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Entra ID authentication, BarCode generation and scanning.
• Customer Ordering web app – ASP.Net web app, Azure App Service, Hangfire.
• Glass Batching – .Net Core web Api, Hangfire, Angular, Mathematics.
• CAD conversion to bespoke formats using netDxf and provide technical drawings
• Transport application – Xamarin VS, .Net Core API, Honeywell Devices, GPS Tracking
• Glass Automation – Kepware, OPC integration, Snap7, .NET Framework
• Switch Automation – Rasp Pi, Python, RESTful API, & Various Electronic Circuitry
• Various Optimization & Cutting routines

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to design, implement, and optimize web-based solutions.
• Create and manage relational databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, and production support of business applications.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications and Criteria:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of software development experience.
2. Proficiency in C#, SQL and JavaScript.
3. Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework.
4. Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries, such as jQuery, Angular, and Bootstrap.
