As a Software Developer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, and stakeholders—to deliver reliable and responsive solutions that meet real-world user needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop robust front-end and back-end solutions for web applications
• Collaborate with the team throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration
• Maintain and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Contribute to deployment workflows, using CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing technical improvements

What We’re Looking For: (Technical Skills)

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and cloud-based deployment

Experience:

• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to end-to-end development
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications from recognised coding bootcamps (e.g., Codecademy, Udacity) are welcome but not essential
