We are a funded startup on a mission to revolutionise rapid response through intelligent, automated drones. Our platform combines advanced IoT systems, seamless multi-device synchronisation, and future possibilities in VR/AR to create next-generation public safety solutions.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our growing team and help shape our innovative drone software platform.

What You’ll Do as a JavaScript Full Stack Developer:

• Reporting directly to the CTO, you will:
• Develop and maintain our drone platform using React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).
• Design, build, and optimise RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Contribute to our internal Components Library (npm package).
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug across the stack.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (or similar).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Solid experience with React.js and Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Docker and containerisation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices.
• Background in drone software, robotics, or IoT systems.
