Junior Full Stack Developer (ID: 3YHwRCGD)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our growing development team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK.

We are the team behind Purple Visits, the secure video calling platform used by over 130 prisons and secure hospitals across the UK. Our SaaS solutions also include Mobile Device Management (MDM), online learning platforms, DNS filtering servers, and cybersecurity tools.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the tech team to design, develop, and launch secure technical solutions.
• Improve and maintain existing SaaS products.
• Take ownership of challenging projects that offer opportunities for creative problem-solving.
• Learn and apply new skills across software and web application development.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language.
• Understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player.

Desirable Skills

• Basic web development: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Bulma, JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js or Go.
• JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks like Vue or React.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Understanding of design patterns.
