We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong interest in back-end systems to join our growing team. While you’ll work across the full stack, this role is particularly well-suited to someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, optimising data flows, and ensuring robust, scalable database operations.
Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components
- Build and integrate with third-party APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, OpenAPI, Webhooks) to create seamless connectivity with external systems.
- Develop back-end logic, data transformation, and integrations that enable clients to migrate smoothly from legacy platforms.
- Provision, migrate, and restore databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Monitor, support, and improve database performance and reliability in collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Technical Lead.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Take part in code reviews and help shape our engineering standards.

- Backend: Node.js, Express, Python, FastAPI, Mongoose
- APIs: RESTful, OpenAPI, Websockets
- Databases: Primarily MongoDB (with exposure to MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- DevOps & Infra: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure
- Other Tools: Jira, Figma
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience as a Full-Stack or Back-End Developer.
- Strong background in API integrations (REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, Webhooks).
- Hands-on experience with database provisioning, migration, and restoration (SQL/MySQL and MongoDB desirable).
- Experience with Next.js or a similar modern JavaScript framework.
- Writes clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with EdTech or CRM systems.
