Working closely with teams across the business, you'll play an important role in developing innovative booking funnel solutions, supporting website migrations, and creating seamless user experiences that deliver measurable commercial results.

Junior Software Developer Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and adapt website designs to meet individual client requirements.
- Work within an agile environment, managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Product, Design, Marketing, and Client Services teams.
- Support the migration of client websites to our new booking journey platform.
- Build and develop new booking funnels and user journeys for clients.
- Enhance existing booking journeys by introducing new features, layouts, and functionality.
- Support the implementation and analysis of A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Apply a commercial mindset to development decisions, considering both conversion optimisation and wider business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of CSS.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Solid experience working with WordPress.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building and managing Gutenberg blocks in WordPress.
- Familiarity with website testing, analytics, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
