What You'll Be Doing as a Junior Software Developer:

• Develop and maintain secure, high-performance web applications using .NET 8.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Work closely with senior developers to build skills and tackle more complex tasks.
• Participate in problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and shaping product direction.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in modern C# .NET development.
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
• Experience with microservices, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.

Familiarity with:

• Unit/integration testing, REST APIs, EF Core, SQL
• Blazor, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Docker, or Blockchain
• .NET Aspire, Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID principles, secure coding/OWASP
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

• Competitive salary: £30,000–£36,000 (DOE)
• Monthly performance bonus: from £150 after induction

• Easy access via onsite parking and adjacent bus stops
