What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a key member of a small agile team, reporting to our Technology Team Leader. You’ll help design, build, and evolve our core platforms, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software
Taking a leading role in architecture and tooling decisions
Sharing knowledge across the team and mentoring junior engineers
Ensuring the security and resilience of LendingCrowd’s applications and infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Must-have experience:
A strong background in modern software development practices
Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Solid understanding of DevOps and infrastructure-as-code
A security-first approach to software design
Ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical ideas clearly
Experience mentoring or leading other developers
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech or financial services
Previous work in a scale-up or fast-growth environment
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (helpful but not essential)
Knowledge of reactive programming
Interest or experience in AI/ML engineering
