Senior Software Engineer (ID: HYM9TDAa)

Ctrl Alt is on a mission to shape the future of tokenization, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a full-stack engineer, you’ll work within small feature teams to deliver real solutions that reach users in days, not months. Collaborating closely with our product team, you’ll translate ideas into technical solutions, using both your initiative and expertise to make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable, and flexible software solutions.
• Enhance our existing platform with products and features that help users understand their investments, manage portfolios, and exercise voting rights.
• Develop APIs for partners to access the platform and place orders seamlessly.
• Take loosely defined problems from concept through to fully implemented, tested, documented, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers across the company, sharing knowledge and raising standards.
• Advocate best coding practices to improve team and company-wide quality.
• Mentor engineers, supporting their growth and development.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Strong skills in building performant and efficient backend systems.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and building application interfaces.
• Proven track record working in multi-person development teams using automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Nice to Have

• Strong engineering principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with security-first architecture.
• Knowledge of React and Next.js for full-stack development.
