We have been providing IT services to SMBs & the education sector for over 8 years. An experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer is required to join our friendly support team. This role involves providing 2nd line remote and onsite support to our customers. As you will be working within a team environment and speaking to customers on a daily basis, your communication skills must be very strong.
This role would suit a candidate with experience in 2nd line support.
The role of 2nd Line IT Support is available on a full-time basis and would suit someone with experience as a 2n line support engineer
You will be:
You will have the technical ability to support the following:
Desirable Experience in:
Server 2019 onwards, Active Directory, PowerShell, Backups, Hyper-V, VMWare and Failover Clustering
Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Switches, Managed WIFI, Firewalls and Routers
Requirements:
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check at of cost of £38

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
