Front End Developer - Remote (ID: RKr2bjws)

We are an established agency based in the north west, looking for an experienced Front-End Software Developer. You will be doing amazing things with React (Next.js), React Native (Expo), coupled with Headless CMS, as well as maintaining legacy websites built on WordPress & Magento. We're an easy-going and relaxed team that values great design, well-written code, and having fun. We also work hard and pride ourselves on being flexible enough to deliver products to our customers in a fast and efficient manner.

We're looking for someone to join our team, learn the ropes whilst delivering high-quality quality polished products.

You'll Need To Have Experience With:

• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with at least one headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity, or Payload CMS).
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Styled Components).
• Knowledge of working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks like Next.js is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a bonus.

It Would Be Great If You Had Experience With:

• WordPress, setting up and maintaining WordPress environments
• A keen eye for detail and like your work to be pixel-perfect
• Experience with Figma / Sketch or similar
• Experience communicating with clients
• Understanding of Website performance and its importance, being able to audit and improve website markup/functionality to build faster websites

You'll Be Cool If:

• Have a good knowledge of best practices, new technologies and trends
• You have a keen interest in technical seo, ecommerce, mobile applications, marketing, and design

You'll Be Doing Things Like:

• Working with new and existing customers to help them build their visions, ranging from Mobile applications to progressive web apps.
• Working from in-house designs to create awesome websites
• Learning the latest front-end technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best techniques possible
• Collaborating with other disciplines across engineering, UX, and marketing to help develop front-end solutions to merchant problems
