Job Description

Become our BI Analyst and make data count. As our client base grows, especially among large, multi-branch estate agencies, we’re expanding our Business Intelligence capabilities to help clients unlock the full value of their data. That’s where you come in.

We're looking for a BI Analyst who’s equally confident diving deep into data as they are leading a client call. You’ll work directly with some of the UK’s biggest estate agency brands, building custom dashboards and uncovering insights that drive revenue, performance, and real business impact.

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to shape how we deliver BI, from strategic reporting to self-serve tools, and see your work influence some of our most complex and exciting accounts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to build custom reports and dashboards
  • Creating self-serve tools that empower teams to explore and use data independently
  • Uncovering trends in aggregated web and property market data
  • Owning and maintaining the structure behind our KPIs and internal metrics
  • Partnering with product teams to instrument new features and monitor performance from launch
  • Managing the day-to-day performance of our BI tools to ensure smooth delivery

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI (ideally more than one)
  • Proficient SQL skills (bonus points for BigQuery experience)
  • Familiarity with DBT and modern data modelling practices
  • A knack for translating raw data into clear, valuable insights
  • Experience building dashboards that support self-service and decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, you’re at ease with engineers and clients alike
  • A sharp commercial mindset and curiosity for what drives businesses forward
  • A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to get stuck in

Why join us?

  • Hybrid working: up to 4 days from home
  • £1,000 holiday fund after your first year (we cover the tax too!)
  • £500 annual L&D budget
  • Birthday off (paid)
  • 2 days of paid volunteering
  • Enhanced parental leave (maternity, paternity & adoption)
  • Mental health & well-being support (via Health Assured)
  • Flexible hours, public transport loans, cycle to work & EV salary sacrifice schemes
  • Paid menopause leave + holiday buy scheme
  • Regular socials, off-sites, Friday drinks & fully stocked fridge
  • Office dogs welcome!

A truly meaningful mission: we're climate-positive and committed to transforming the industry

A note on inclusivity

Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hold back from applying unless they meet 100% of the criteria. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t tick every box—please apply anyway. We’d love to hear from you.

What to expect from the process:

  • Intro call with our Talent team
  • Hiring Manager interview (includes a short task)
  • Final chat with one of our Co-Founders

We’re happy to make adjustments to the process to support your needs, just let us know.

Let’s build something brilliant together.
