About the Role
- As a Power BI Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights to our care providers.
- Working closely with our data and product teams, you will build and maintain embedded Power BI dashboards, ensuring they support business operations, strategic decision-making, and analytical initiatives across the organisation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards that clearly visualise data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions
- Build and support embedded Power BI dashboards within applications
- Optimise report performance, usability, and scalability
- Monitor dashboards for performance or data issues, resolving problems promptly
- Produce and maintain clear documentation for Power BI solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and access policies
- Stay up to date with Power BI advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
- Experience embedding Power BI dashboards using Power BI Embedded or similar tools
- Solid understanding of data visualisation best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages (desirable)
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud technologies (advantageous)
