Power BI Specialist - Up to £65,000  - Full-time, 37.5 hours per week  -  Remote Working (occasional travel to Bournemouth)

About the Role

• As a Power BI Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights to our care providers.
• Working closely with our data and product teams, you will build and maintain embedded Power BI dashboards, ensuring they support business operations, strategic decision-making, and analytical initiatives across the organisation.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards that clearly visualise data and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions
• Build and support embedded Power BI dashboards within applications
• Optimise report performance, usability, and scalability
• Monitor dashboards for performance or data issues, resolving problems promptly
• Produce and maintain clear documentation for Power BI solutions
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and access policies
• Stay up to date with Power BI advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Experience embedding Power BI dashboards using Power BI Embedded or similar tools
• Solid understanding of data visualisation best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages (desirable)
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud technologies (advantageous)
