Job Description

Are you looking for the next challenge in your software career? Do you love taking on complex big data problems, building impressive user interfaces, and do you want the ability to be part of a company that's delving into artificial intelligence and cutting-edge tech?

We are constantly evolving. With a strong focus on big data problems, we are repositioning ourselves in the market to be a dominant AI and automated big data solutions consultancy. We work with medium- to large-sized businesses to build new, engaging, and efficient processes. We have previously worked for notable clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Philips, University of Suffolk, Asics, Samsung, Meta, and more. As an aftermarket solution, we also offer digital marketing and SEO.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Leading small agile teams: Ability to manage small development teams - with the ability to scope work, plan and allocate to sprints, and releasing the work at the end of the sprint.
Working on complex system requirements: Ability to take on complex features to increase project efficiency and delegate other workload where needed.
Idea generation: Got cool ideas? Work with us in the sales pipeline for technical input on new features and projects and then support operations in scoping and technical requirements.
Architecting: Manage and generate new data structures, create and maintain backend systems, and ensure security is of high standard.
Tech R&D: Explore new tech and trends to ensure our systems and interfaces are innovative and engaging.
Collaborate: Working with other developers, designers, and account managers to bring projects to fruition. Support other developers with code reviews, PRs and report to your line manager for support and one-to-ones.
