Junior Software Developer (ID: TcaBHq4S)

A motivated Junior Software Developer is required to join our Operations team and contribute to the scaling of our world-class SaaS recruiting software.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with 0–2 years of experience in software development or operations engineering who’s passionate about learning and growing in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

In this role, you’ll be actively involved in identifying and resolving production issues, supporting our customer service teams, analyzing the root causes of errors, and developing automation tools to achieve operational excellence. You’ll also build and maintain scripts for integration monitoring and gain exposure to modern cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to escalated customer support tickets and technical inquiries.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify long-term solutions to recurring errors.
• Develop automation tools to support and streamline operational tasks.
• Write scripts for monitoring integrations and ensuring system stability.

Work with Azure services, including:

• SonarQube
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Application Insights

Collaborate closely with development and support teams to ensure high service availability.

Requirements & Skills

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in software development or operations engineering.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.
• Azure Developer Associate certification (preferred).
• Good understanding of Azure cloud services.
• Experience with integrating and managing tools like SonarQube, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Strong analytical skills
