Skilled and passionate Software Engineer (C# Developer) to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Area Manager and Team Leaders to drive innovation across the design, development, and maintenance of Labman’s software systems. You will also support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and forward-thinking solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Build high-quality software using object-oriented principles, primarily in Microsoft C# .NET.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and help implement new innovations in our systems.
- Follow Labman’s software development processes and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems to ensure efficiency, usability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior colleagues, offering guidance and support to nurture their professional development.
- Contribute to the development of software strategies, standards, and internal processes.
- C# Developer Skills, Experience & Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in C# .NET development.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft C# .NET, including object-oriented design principles.
- Experience developing Windows desktop applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in a practical, hands-on environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies and approaches.
