Full Stack Web Developer (ID: VMrc8RLp)

The UK’s market leader in garden rooms is seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to help shape and enhance our internal digital systems. Based at Westcott Venture Park near Aylesbury, you’ll join a skilled, motivated development team building bespoke, web-based applications that support every area of the business—from operations and sales to logistics and customer service.

Full-Stack Web Developer Role:

Reporting to the IT / Development Director, you’ll work on a broad range of internal systems designed to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across departments.

We follow agile principles, including fortnightly sprints and daily stand-ups, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset. You’ll have the freedom to choose your preferred operating system and development tools—our team currently works across Windows, macOS, and Linux, using IDEs such as Visual Studio Code, PHPStorm, and Vim.

This role is office-based in Buckinghamshire and is not suitable for remote working.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in web development
• Strong working knowledge of:
• HTML
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• PHP
• MySQL

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Laravel or other MVC frameworks
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (advantageous but not essential)

• Our office is based at Westcott Venture Park, between Aylesbury and Bicester, just off the A41. Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
