Web Designer / Developer (Full Stack) who can build stunning, high-converting websites and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment?

We’re now looking for a passionate, full-stack creative to help us elevate our digital presence across a portfolio of niche and high-traffic experience websites.WH

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the design and performance of our customer-facing websites.
• Lead the front-end and back-end redevelopment of multiple brand sites.
• Design with conversion in mind: your work should not only look great, but also drive action.
• Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to align design and UX with business objectives.
• Monitor, maintain, and iterate on site performance, security, and SEO.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflow and improve efficiency (yes, we want to hear about your stack).

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A strong eye for modern, user-focused design.
• Proven ability to translate brand identity into functional, engaging UI/UX.
• Advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Backend capability with AJAX, MySQL, and PHP.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how design impacts ranking and engagement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with server management & deployment
• Familiarity with NGINX environments
• Working knowledge of Python
• AI-enhanced development
