We are a is a growing software house based in Dodford, Northampton. We work with both major multinational organisations and smaller businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including banking, insurance, civil engineering and the public sector.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic .NET & Angular Developer with experience in building web applications to join our team of skilled engineers. You can work from our offices in the beautiful rural surroundings of Dodford, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement as part of our flexible working policy. This is an exciting period of growth for us, and technology is at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our cloud-based Software as a Service solutions for the insurance, construction, and financial industries. Experience with .NET and Angular is essential, while knowledge of SQL Server, Azure, or AI is a bonus.

We’re seeking an experienced and driven developer to help shape the growth of our development team. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the design, approach and evolution of our product suite, particularly our flagship SaaS solution, ClaimControl.

Although primarily development-focused, the role also involves collaborating with Account Managers and occasionally clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience in a similar role
• Self-motivated, task-focused and personable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop robust, high-performance code for our suite of SaaS applications
• Maintain a focus on reliability, readability and performance in all coding work
• Strong C#, .NET and ideally .NET Core experience
• Develop Angular-based front-end web applications
• SQL Server development experience
• Write clean, maintainable code for highly usable web applications
• Review code produced by other developers
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency

.NET & Angular Full Stack Developer Desirable Skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Angular or React experience
• Strong team player with a willingness to share knowledge
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within small, multi-skilled teams

Nice to Have

• AI experience
• UX/UI design skills
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS
• Experience with mobile development
