We are currently investing heavily in automation and systemisation, developing internal software tools, integrations, and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency across the business. As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and implementing these systems.

Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional service, reflected in our 5-star client ratings. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to positive outcomes, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

  • Integrate systems such as advertising platforms, banking partners, and accounting software
  • Support the development of internal dashboards and tools
  • Maintain documentation and continuously improve existing systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting and optimising automation workflows
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong programming fundamentals
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills

Technologies You’ll Work With:

Personal Attributes:

  • Trustworthy and professional
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car

About Us:

Many of our team members have been with us for over five years, enjoying a professional yet friendly working environment. We encourage ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.

With over 22 years of experience, we work with high-net-worth business owners and property investors across the UK. We are proud to be a 5-star rated market leader in a specialised area of tax-efficient business and property investment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 – £34,000 per year
  • Hybrid working (Didcot, Oxfordshire)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Company pension
  • Financial planning services
  • Company events
