Where Do You Fit In

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time, as the first development hire based in London in recent years. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our foundational team, shaping our growth alongside Digital Speed.

Working closely with agency leadership, you’ll play a critical role in building exceptional digital products across a range of platforms. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and the chance to flex your full-stack skills in a fast-moving agency environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, product managers, and designers to bring features from concept to deployment.
• Sprint Delivery: Own and deliver user stories, fix bugs, and integrate systems across multiple projects.
• Full-Stack Development: Build frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native.
• Infrastructure: Deploy using Google Cloud, Vercel, AWS, and other cloud-native platforms.
• Architecture: Make key decisions—monolith or microservice, REST or gRPC, Docker or Kubernetes—to ensure scalable, maintainable systems.
• API Development: Design and integrate robust REST and gRPC APIs with secure auth flows.
• Database Management: Write performant and secure queries using PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Senior Full Stack Developer Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building digital products (marketing sites, SaaS platforms, mobile apps)
• Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native
• Experience deploying to Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar platforms
• Comfortable working across REST, WebSockets, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Right to work in the UK and fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to commute to London W2 6LG two days a week

Bonus Points

• Experience with Golang, Flutter, or NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with finance, automotive, or tech industries
• Background in agency, consulting, or freelance environments
• Exposure to AI/ML feature development
