An exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in tech as a Junior Software Developer! Join our fast-growing, Bristol-based team as a Junior Developer.

You will be working on a wide variety of innovative projects, both for clients and within our in-house Innovation Lab, alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing as our Junior Software Developer:

  • Collaborating with our skilled development team to create and test web and mobile applications
  • Learning from experienced software engineers and taking on increasing responsibility over time
  • Working with a mix of modern and established tools such as:
  • ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, PHP, Python, and AWS

Contributing to the development of our flagship product: AIVR (Automated Intelligent Video Review), a cutting-edge platform used across the rail industry

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need formal work experience, but we do want to see evidence of your passion for coding and technology. Maybe you’ve built your own app or website, created a game mod, or tinkered with Raspberry Pi.

Essential Qualities:

  • Curious and eager to learn from challenges (and mistakes!)
  • Reliable and ready to contribute to team problem-solving
  • Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language
  • Interest in both technical and non-technical aspects of the business
  • A team player who enjoys contributing ideas and collaborating
