Job Description

WANTED: The World's Most Curious Junior Full Stack Developer (Remote) If you've been waiting for an opportunity where you'll grow faster than you thought possible, this is it.

Important: Your email subject line must be exactly: I build things that work

Who We Are:

Most of our clients have years of expertise locked inside their heads, their frameworks, methodologies and experience. We transform that intellectual property into AI-powered software products that can scale far beyond consulting or services.

  • We're not an agency that builds websites.
  • We build products that change businesses.
  • We're remote-first, AI-native, and obsessed with solving the right problem rather than simply building what someone asks for.
  • We're also educators. Every client and every team member should leave smarter than when they arrived.

Everything we do is built around three values:

  • Lifelong Learner
  • Make People Love Working With You
  • Radical Candour

We hire ambitious junior people and give them world-class mentorship, AI tooling and frameworks that compress years of learning into months.

The Role:

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our remote product team.

  • You'll help build AI-powered products that founders use every day to run and grow their businesses.
  • Some days you'll build new features from scratch.
  • Some days you'll debug production issues.
  • Some days you'll prototype entirely new ideas with AI.
  • You'll work alongside senior developers, designers and founders, shipping real software from day one.
  • This isn't a role where you'll spend six months watching from the sidelines.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and ship full-stack features using modern development tools and AI
  • Write clean, maintainable production code
  • Turn business problems into technical solutions
  • Fix bugs, improve performance and continually refine products
  • Experiment with new AI tools, frameworks and workflows
  • Share what you learn with the rest of the team

What We're Looking For:

We care far more about what you've built than how you learned.

You might be:

  • Self-taught
  • A bootcamp graduate
  • A university graduate
  • A career changer
  • Freelancing
  • Contributing to open source

None of that matters as much as your ability to learn quickly and build useful things.

You'll likely:

  • Have projects you're genuinely proud of
  • Already use AI to write better code
  • Read documentation before asking questions
  • Enjoy solving difficult problems
  • Communicate clearly in writing
  • Love learning new tools and technologies

Being AI-native isn't optional.

  • We expect AI to be part of your daily workflow.

Salary & Growth:

  • Starting salary: £35,000

This role is designed to accelerate. You'll:

  • Work on real client products from day one
  • Take on increasing ownership as you prove yourself
  • Receive regular mentoring and feedback
  • Be measured on quality, reliability and impact
  • Unlock "Org Bounties"—high-impact projects that accelerate both your growth and your earning potential

We promote from within.

This isn't an entry-level role with an entry-level future.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote (UK business hours)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Quarterly team meetups
  • World-class AI tooling
  • Personal mentoring through our North Star Vision programme
  • Continuous learning and development

You'll Probably Thrive Here If...

  • You love building.
  • You'd rather ship version one than spend weeks discussing version ten.
  • You're endlessly curious.
  • You disappear down rabbit holes, read changelogs for fun and regularly ask, "How does this actually work?"
  • You're self-directed.
  • You don't need someone checking in every hour to stay productive.
  • You actively seek feedback because getting better matters more than protecting your ego.

Before You Apply:

This role isn't for everyone.

Please make sure you're comfortable with:

  • A genuinely high-performance culture
  • Direct, honest feedback (and giving it back)
  • Working independently in a remote environment
  • Using AI every single day
  • Startup pace where priorities sometimes change quickly
  • Working UK business hours
  • A 60-day trial period

If those things excite you rather than intimidate you, you'll fit right in.

Our Values:

  • Lifelong Learner
  • Learning isn't optional.
  • Share what you discover and help everyone improve.
  • Make People Love Working With You
  • Go the extra mile for clients and teammates.
  • Execution matters.
  • Radical Candour
  • Challenge ideas.
  • Welcome feedback.
  • Improve continuously.

Final Thought:

  • We know this application asks more than most.
  • That's intentional.
  • We're offering more than most roles do.
  • You'll work with ambitious founders, build products that people genuinely depend on, learn from experienced mentors and grow faster than you thought possible.
  • If that sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you.
