  • Develop, maintain, and scale high-quality codebases across our software products.
  • Lead technical decision-making and contribute to system architecture and long-term planning.
  • Partner with UX designers to evolve and maintain a robust design system.
  • Deliver polished frontend experiences, optimizing for speed, accessibility, SEO, and security.
  • Build reliable and scalable backend APIs using Node.js and NoSQL databases.
  • Write and maintain automated tests for frontend and backend systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across infrastructure, integrations, and APIs.
  • Support and mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative learning.
  • Own key areas of site reliability and web security.
  • Participate fully in agile ceremonies and maintain clear communication across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
  • Advanced knowledge of frontend frameworks such as SolidJS, React, Next.js, or Astro.
  • Proven ability to create user-focused, responsive websites.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining reusable components and UI libraries.
  • Solid grasp of web architectures like SSR, SSG, and SPA.
  • Experience in project leadership, including task planning, estimating, and delivery.
  • Strong backend experience with RESTful APIs, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with integrating external APIs, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
  • Understanding of modern web security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
