Senior AEM Developer Role:
You’ll work closely with our development teams and project managers to maintain, enhance, and optimise client websites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, client interaction, and forward-thinking innovation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing custom solutions for AEM-based websites
- Leading and supporting AEM web development projects
- Handling complex support requests, including bug fixes and technical queries
- Collaborating with project managers and DevOps teams to improve and optimise existing websites
- Making key technical and architectural decisions for AEM implementations
- Providing client-facing technical support and guidance
- Driving innovation and staying ahead of emerging technologies, including automation tools

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong development experience in Java, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture (OSGi, Sling, JCR)
- Experience with authoring/publishing environments, dispatcher configuration, and workflows
- Full-stack development capability with awareness of UI/UX principles
- Strong focus on performance and optimisation (e.g., page speed, usability)
- Proficiency with Git and Maven
- Familiarity with command-line tools and basic Linux server management (SSH)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
Nice to Have:
- Adobe certifications (AEM Developer, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations
- AEM as a Cloud Service experience
- Knowledge of AEM Commerce
- Basic Python skills
- Experience in an agency environment
- Familiarity with Jira or Trello
- Automated testing experience (JUnit, Selenium)
- Cloud and deployment experience (AWS, Adobe Managed Services)
