Our Data Science function, now in its tenth year, operates across the Constellation Automotive Group. We build data products and services that power everything from vehicle valuation and commercial pricing to marketing, personalisation, and operational optimisation—including stock selection, delivery routing, and refurbishment planning.
We’re proud to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, parents and carers, and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
We’re more than a vehicle remarketing company. We’re the backbone of the UK automotive supply chain and Europe’s largest remarketing business—helping customers, partners, and colleagues succeed at scale.
The Role:
Buying a car is rarely a single click. It begins with curiosity—researching vehicles, comparing options, exploring finance, and engaging across websites, social platforms, and advertising channels.
In this role, you’ll analyse and model these journeys to understand what drives customer decisions, turning data into smarter marketing investment and highly personalised customer experiences that increase retail orders.
Our Marketing & Personalisation models play a critical role across the Constellation Automotive Group, helping teams understand attribution, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. There’s still plenty of room to innovate, and we’re looking for a Data Scientist ready to help shape the future of automotive marketing.
You’ll join a highly experienced team of Data Scientists, Digital Analytics specialists, and MLOps engineers, contributing across the full machine learning lifecycle—from stakeholder collaboration and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.
