Why This Role Exists

• We are building an AI-focused engineering team to help us:
• Design and deliver AI-powered products and internal tools
• Integrate Azure AI, LLMs, and model-driven workflows into production systems
• Rethink how software is built, tested, and evolved using AI
• Drive the next generation of RegTech and SupTech solutions

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll join a highly collaborative engineering team with real ownership and influence. Depending on your interests and strengths, you may be involved in:
• Building AI-powered services and APIs
• Designing chatbots, copilots, and intelligent workflows
• Prompt engineering, orchestration, and model integration
• Developing backend services using .NET and Azure
• Modernising development practices through AI-assisted tooling
• Challenging existing approaches and helping define better ones

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in some of the following areas:
• Building software in a modern development environment (C#, .NET, or similar)
• Working with APIs, services, and data
• Azure AI, OpenAI, or Cognitive Services
• Prompt engineering or AI workflow design
• Microservices or distributed systems
• OData, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Agile / Scrum / TDD practices
