  • Take a product-minded approach and use data to inform decisions.
  • Thrive in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Have an interest in distributed systems and reliable software design.
  • Have experience with strongly typed languages such as Go, Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Are excited about our mission and the challenges we're solving.

Formal qualifications and degree requirements are not necessary.

  • Physical datacenter infrastructure supporting banking integrations

How We Work:

Our primary engineering hub is in London, but engineers work remotely across the UK.

We value flexibility and trust people to work in ways that fit both their lives and their teams. There is no mandated office attendance, although teams regularly meet in person for collaboration and social events. Travel to London for requested visits is supported.

We also support:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Part-time arrangements where possible
  • Healthy work-life balance
  • Family and personal commitments
  • Interview Process
  • Introductory call
  • Take-home task or pair-programming exercise

Final stage:

  • Behavioural interview

The typical process takes approximately four weeks, and we'll work around your availability.

  • £95,000–£130,000 base salary
  • Performance-based incentive awards
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Relocation support to the UK
  • Flexible remote working within the UK

Diversity & Inclusion:

We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those who may not meet every listed requirement.
