We’re seeking proactive, solution-oriented Analysts to join our multidisciplinary Reporting Team within the National Data and Analytics (NDA) department. In this role, you’ll help design, develop, and deliver high-quality national reporting solutions across multiple business areas. Working closely with fellow developers, Business Partners, and Engineers, you’ll contribute to products that inform decision-making and support strategic outcomes.
Reporting to the NDA Reporting Team Leader, you’ll be involved in the full delivery lifecycle—from understanding requirements through to development, testing, documentation, and final release. Successful delivery includes not only the reporting product but also its supporting technical documentation, UAT materials, and training resources.

Your New Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality national reporting solutions across multiple platforms.
- Translate business requirements into effective, user-focused technical solutions.
- Collaborate with NDA Business Partners to clarify needs and align outputs with business objectives.
- Produce technical documentation, UAT materials, and training resources for all delivered products.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting solutions and processes.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving activities.
- Work closely with the NDA Reporting Team Leader to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
About You
- Proven experience with SQL for data analysis, automation, and reporting; experience with Tableau or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to balance multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Salary starting at £53,780, rising to £61,950
- 23-month Fixed Term Contract
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with the option to work remotely two days per week
