We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic Solutions Department. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a key part in helping our clients understand and implement our products, designing effective structures for consumer and decisioning processes.

Our clients span a wide spectrum of consumer and commercial lending products, requiring tailored, in-depth analysis and strategic thinking for every implementation.

Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design custom decision engines.
• Lead regular, detailed discussions to align our products with client objectives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for both new and existing clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure optimal use of our services.
• Support the sales team by presenting product solutions confidently to prospective clients with specific decisioning requirements.
• Work closely with our development team to provide insights that help shape future product development.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• 3+ years' experience working directly with clients in onboarding, training, or analytical roles.
• Proven experience in reviewing and implementing business or systems processes.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of designing effective structures and solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience or comparable analytical background.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with credit risk, lending processes, or decision-making systems.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex concepts and source relevant information.

Position: Business Analyst  -  Job Type: Full-time, Permanent  -  Salary: Up to £40,000 per year

Location: On-site (Fareham-Hamshire) -  Schedule: Monday to Friday
