What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Work on fast-moving, greenfield projects as well as long-term system evolution
• Collaborate directly with decision-makers on meaningful technical decisions
• Take ownership of projects or key components
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Continually learn and apply new tools or frameworks as needed
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with a focus on simplicity

What You Bring

• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (or willingness to learn)
• Front-end, back-end, or full-stack experience (with a working knowledge of the other)
• Solid understanding of software architecture and debugging techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset—able to work independently and research solutions
• Open to feedback and collaboration, with a focus on best outcomes over egos
• Located in the UK
