Who are we?

We are a provider of the most detailed credit report you can get. We provide practical guidance, support and encouragement, based on decades of relevant knowledge and experience, to help people understand their credit health.

We’re the only credit report provider that shows detailed information from the three main Credit Reference Agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in one place. And with our dedicated customer service team on hand, we’re committed to guiding our customers along on their credit journey.

What you’ll make happen:

  • Maintaining and updating existing reports to support the business to understand its performance.
  • Management and maintenance of our live dashboards to provide timely performance metrics.
  • Triaging Insights-related Service Desk requests to promote prompt communication and resolution to any requests.
  • Supporting understanding of requirements for new data related requests and questions.
  • Auditing of existing reports to monitor usage and to check data accuracy
  • Ownership of manual Insights-related tasks, enabling the other Insights team members and preventing single points of failure.
  • Proactive communication with the business on relevant changes to data to ensure data engagement.
  • Upskilling in key technical areas such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and ZenDesk.

Who we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Experience in working with data in some capacity, such as data entry, data visualisation, or data analysis.
  • Attention to detail to make sure data quality is at the forefront of everything that they do.
  • Desire to progress within the role and wider company, while learning technical skills such as writing SQL and DAX.
  • Confidence to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Initiative to effectively prioritise and manage workload.
  • Inquisitive to understand why change is occurring.

Desired:

  • Experience working with data platform tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge or experience of writing in SQL or use of Power Query through SSMS and Excel.
  • Experience of working within similar sectors to our own, such as finance and customer service.

What you’ll get in return:

Remuneration:

  • On Target Earnings of up to £36,800 per year, consisting of base salary and discretionary annual bonus
  • A competitive base salary of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
  • Opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 15% of salary based on company and individual performance
  • Our Enhanced Company pension scheme with 5% matched employer contributions

  • Enhanced sick, maternity, and paternity pay after probation
  • Wellbeing and Care
  • Fully funded mental health therapy services through our partnership with Self Space
  • Vitality private health coverage, following successful probation period
  • Life insurance cover at 2.5 times salary
  • Career Bonuses
