We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing development team in Thornaby. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help design, build, and maintain a variety of applications used throughout the business.

Full Stack Software Developer Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-house applications using C#.NET
- Work across both front-end and back-end development
- Collaborate closely with fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to R&D initiatives and drive innovation
- Mentor junior developers where needed
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and follow best-practice development standards
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Design, develop, and support both web and desktop applications
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ commercial experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing abilities
- Ability to support and enhance legacy desktop applications
- Experience designing and consuming APIs with Entity Framework Core
- Proficient with ASP.NET Core MVC & EF
- Version control experience using Azure DevOps or GitLab
- Ability to document technical decisions, processes, and change requests
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with modern technologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
