Why This Role Is Exciting

You won’t be stuck in a corner writing code no one sees. Instead, you’ll help build and refine the systems that power the entire business—AI tools, automations, operational workflows, dashboards, websites, CRMs, portals, and more.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and collaborate across multiple teams, giving you incredible exposure early in your career.

Expect real responsibility, mentorship, and the chance to rapidly grow your skills in AI, automation, integration, and digital operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Building and refining AI chatbot scripts to improve customer service and broker interactions
• Spotting manual tasks and turning them into automated workflows
• Enhancing company websites, internal tools, CRMs, intranet pages and more
• Integrating AI tools like OpenAI, Google AI or Microsoft Copilot
• Maintaining clean, structured data across systems and LMS platforms
• Creating dashboards and reporting tools that help teams make smarter decisions
• Working with third-party vendors and APIs to solve real-world integration challenges
• Continuously exploring new tech and bringing fresh ideas that improve how we operate
• You’ll see the impact of your work immediately across the business.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A degree in IT, Software, Systems, AI, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• A genuine interest in financial services, lending, fintech or operational systems
• Solid foundational knowledge of coding, integrations, automation or workflow optimisation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• The ability to juggle tasks, stay organised, and get things done
• Enthusiasm for improving processes and building smarter systems
