The role:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams by ensuring our Salesforce CRM data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use. You’ll be responsible for cleaning, standardising, validating, and enriching data so teams can confidently manage leads, report on performance, and convert opportunities into appointments.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues, you’ll identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, formatting errors, and inconsistencies. You’ll help standardise core data fields including company names, job titles, employee counts, email formats, industry classifications, and account segmentation.
Using a variety of tools and technologies, you’ll enrich and maintain high-quality data to support campaign performance, improve reporting, and ensure Salesforce remains a reliable source for a healthy and growing pipeline.
