We’re looking for an AI Product Developer who’s eager to design, prototype, and deploy next-gen solutions using the latest in AI-assisted development. You'll play a key role in turning bold ideas into enterprise-ready products, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineers.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business and technical requirements using AI to streamline planning.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and validate them directly with customers before scaling.
- Build enterprise-grade AI workflows and automation pipelines that integrate across systems and data sources.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, architecture design, and workflow automation.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for smooth, reliable deployments.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies, advising on real-world applicability.
- Engage with customers during design and validation phases to ensure solutions solve real problems.
- Deliver clean, documented, and maintainable solutions ready for handover or scaling.
What You’ll Need: (Essential Skills & Experience)
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development with customer feedback.
- Strong background in software development, automation, and modern system architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD best practices.
- Skilled in AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows.
- Confident communicator comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven and effective in remote work settings with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 2 times per year for week-long customer engagements.
Preferred:
- Experience designing enterprise workflows involving APIs, apps, and data sources.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., multi-agent systems, workflow engines).
- Awareness of the AI/LLM landscape with the ability to turn trends into real solutions.
- Experience with containerised environments and cloud-native deployments.
