AI/ML Engineer Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of industry experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions that drive our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and data specialists to transform complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms using Python and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our SaaS platform.
• Build robust data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model optimisation processes.
• Evaluate, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models to maximise accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques, including:
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Time Series Forecasting
• Reinforcement Learning
• Agentic AI systems
• Design AI solutions that meet security, compliance, and cloud scalability requirements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, machine learning research, and fintech innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing AI/ML solutions, ideally within fintech or financial services.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised deployment.
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and developing secure, scalable cloud applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent architectures.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience applying AI to financial compliance, portfolio management, or risk analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases is an advantage.
