What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain services supporting AI agent interaction.
- Build APIs, contracts, and metadata aligned with the Model Context Protocol.
- Develop internal tooling to support AI-native workflows.
- Establish best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Stay up to date with AI/ML research and apply it to real-world product needs.
- Take part in design reviews, code reviews, and incident response.
What You Bring as our AI Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong development experience (Python / Java / Typescript), including building APIs and backend integrations.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
Familiarity with:
- Model Context Protocol
- LLM integration patterns (prompt orchestration, tool calling)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Knowledge of AWS (preferably AWS Bedrock) is a plus.
- User-focused mindset for AI interfaces and automation.
- Self-motivated with a strong appetite for learning and growth.
