We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic AI Developer (Python) to join our growing team of technologists and finance professionals. What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain services supporting AI agent interaction.
• Build APIs, contracts, and metadata aligned with the Model Context Protocol.
• Develop internal tooling to support AI-native workflows.
• Establish best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Stay up to date with AI/ML research and apply it to real-world product needs.
• Take part in design reviews, code reviews, and incident response.

What You Bring as our AI Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong development experience (Python / Java / Typescript), including building APIs and backend integrations.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.

Familiarity with:

• Model Context Protocol
• LLM integration patterns (prompt orchestration, tool calling)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Knowledge of AWS (preferably AWS Bedrock) is a plus.
• User-focused mindset for AI interfaces and automation.
• Self-motivated with a strong appetite for learning and growth.
