We are on the lookout for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. As part of this role, you'll be key in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions that have real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise machine learning models and AI algorithms using frameworks like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and more.
- Collaborate with various teams to seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions into our SaaS platform.
- Lead efforts in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation to maximise model accuracy and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and fine-tune models for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrate ML models into production systems, ensuring they’re scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques, including NLP, time-series analysis, and reinforcement learning.
- Maintain the scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML solutions within a cloud-based environment.
- Research emerging trends in AI/ML and fintech to continuously innovate and improve our platform.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, ideally within the fintech sector or a similar industry.
- Expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience in SaaS architecture and building scalable, secure applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or autonomous workflows.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks for intelligent systems.
- Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and risk analysis methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
