If you’re passionate about AI, enjoy working in agile teams, and love turning ideas into production-ready solutions using Microsoft’s latest technologies, this role could be for you. We’re a fast-growing consulting business developing an AI-driven product built entirely on native Azure services, and we’re looking for someone who can help us accelerate even further.

You’ll be part of the team building Neologik—our AI platform that enables customers to design, manage, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and templates for flexible, multi-purpose business automation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop confidently in Python, with the flexibility to work in React.js and C# when needed.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-first features using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Docker, and AKS.
• Collaborate with the team to create scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Work primarily in Visual Studio Code, ideally leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants to move faster.
• Contribute through a tight feedback loop—branch, commit, pull, test, and ship using GitHub.
• Write unit tests as standard practice and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Take part in short, focused sprints and daily standups in a lean, fast-iterating environment.

What an AI Engineer will Bring

• Strong Python skills with a focus on clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Comfort working in VS Code, ideally with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native design patterns.
• A solid background in agile development, including GitHub-based CI/CD, pull requests, branching strategies, and automated testing.
• An agile mindset—collaborative, adaptable, and eager to experiment and learn.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Azure’s native AI stack (AI Foundry, AI Search, Cosmos DB, AKS).
• React.js experience for building user interfaces.
• A genuine interest in exploring emerging AI tools, frameworks, and patterns.
