What You’ll Do:

  • Generative Avatar Performance: Collaborate with the Avatar Video Team to advance our generative avatar technology. You’ll design models that respond to audio, video, or text inputs, guiding avatars’ verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • High-Quality Code Development: Own the development of our production pipelines by writing clean, efficient code. Establish best practices and ensure our codebase contributes to product stability and performance.
  • Algorithm and Model Development: Build, maintain, and deploy cutting-edge Computer Vision algorithms and models. Adapt existing solutions to our unique needs and integrate them seamlessly into our product.
  • Full ML Lifecycle: Take charge of the entire machine learning process, from ideation to testing and deployment. Optimize models for real-time performance and scalability.
  • Research and Innovation: Dive into new techniques and explore creative solutions to challenges in generative AI. Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in the field.
  • Collaboration and Code Reviews: Participate in team code reviews, ensuring that best practices are maintained. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Cloud Deployment: Help deploy our models and services on cloud platforms like Docker and Azure, ensuring reliability and scalability for our customers.

What We’re Looking For: Research Engineer, Computer Vision

  • A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and computer vision, particularly with generative models.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud deployment tools, including Docker and Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills in a team setting.
  • Passion for writing clean, maintainable software.

Bonus: Experience with C++ is a plus.
